Denver steaks are one of the increasingly popular cuts of meat from the beef chuck primal cut, which is known for rich roasts and produces some lesser well-known steaks. Denver steaks are relatively tender, with a nice beefy flavor, and they usually feature a good amount of marbling. Skilled butchers cut this steak from the chuck of a cow. This new steak was recently created in the United States and is excellent cooked with high heat; grill, broil, or pan sear and best served rare or medium-rare.
